Windows Phone - Stupid Questions aka How do I...?

I've got a HTC Trophy! Curiosity got the better of me.

A couple of quick questions to start with....

Is there a favourites in the Contacts list? I'm missing that feature from Android and iOS.

How do I sync bookmarks in IE with my computer's browser?

How do I sync 'Notes'? with preferably Google notes, but can do Outlook too.
