I am totally digging this beta app from Nokia: Nokia Situations.

Shame I can't try it as it's only for Symbian (S^3, S60 v3 and S60 v5).

I requested just this type of functionality for Maemo almost 4 years ago.
A little bit bummed I won't be getting any credit though!

Context awareness based on environmental conditions/triggers could become a very interesting feature in future for mobile devices.
