moving saved messages old phone -> new phone

Hey can anyone help me.

I've just been given a w995 by my dad and i've currently got the w705.
I've just saved/moved all my messages on the w705 from phone memory onto my memory card,
but i dont know how to restore them into the w995 so that i can just continue with the threaded messages.


(not sure to put this message in here or the Q&A, can mods help me put it where its suitable, thanks)
