. Launchers and Themes and How To Remove Them

Hi. I'm using a Droid 2 Global and like it very much. Recently I d/l'd a "Launcher" app and a couple of "Themes". Being a big fan of Windowblinds I thought the theme apps would work as well on my phone. They've become pretty annoying and I want to remove them and the launcher. I can find the theme apps to uninstall, but I can't find the launcher at all. If I uninstall the themes, but not the launcher, will the looks of the desktop, icons, etc., return to normal, or will things really get messed up?
