cell phone plus Wi-Fi w/out phone internet through Verizon

Is there a device that is cell phone plus Wi-Fi w/out phone internet through Verizon. I don't want to pay the extra 15-30 fee for the wireless phone but I do want to be able to use WiFi at my home and hotels. An ipod combined w/ a feature phone is what I am looking for
