Apart from the fact that somehow I was charged 50 for allegedly free service (never been asked on the screen to confirm the purchase with the final amount), it attacked my pc with virus threads that were constructed in the way that you should install another (antivirus) program to get rid of them for additional fee of course (once it came up on the screen you I couldn't do anything else). And at last it kept opening lots of links to various websites (quite distracting too).
The minute i uninstalled the whole thing everything went back to normal.
I had my lesson for stupidity and I am asking everyone to read those forums before you install anything on your PC !!!

I have just been scammed by this ass--le. I paid about $6, and when I checked my bank statement it had grown to 25.00....will I never learn!!!

I know how you feel; I just paid nearly $50.00 USD and it hasn't worked at all. I've tried everything too. Will I never learn

I have had 360 share for about 4 years and it USED to work really well. Here lately when I try to download something it says something other than the song. . so yep I agree with you it is a scam and you try to get on there website and it says we are not accepting new members at this time. . i guess they already ripped off enought people. . something needs to be done about this. . limewire already got in troble for this. .
